Payment Required:

The designated non refundable fee (see your emailed quote) is required within
24 hours of booking your desired date on my calendar and signing the emailed quote and agreement forms.
Without these forms being signed and that payment being made, your date is NOT considered booked and blocked off on my calendar and CAN be requested for booking by another party.
**This information is also in the quote and agreement forms you will need to sign via email.

Delivery:
All images will be delivered to your email address on file within 2-3 business days of shoot, excluding holidays and weekends. If an emergency comes up on our end that interferes with this delivery time frame, you will be notified via email and direct text message on whatever platform we are connected on.
Coaching/Mentoring sessions are considered delivered in full at completion of scheduled appointment and delivery of recorded session.

To reschedule or cancel your booked session:

Sometimes life happens.. I get it... In cases of emergency, with notification as soon as is possible... there are no penalties for having to reschedule. Rescheduled sessions MUST be on the calendar within 30 calendar days of original date, otherwise, all monies paid will be considered forfeit and a new booking will have to take place which includes new quote/agreement and new fees.
If you are running late...Without notification, I will wait approx. 20 min past session start time before leaving and considering it a no call no show. With proper notification, I will accommodate as best as possible, and also give the option to reschedule again, depending on schedule.
No Call No Show- you forfeit all fees already paid and will have to re-book your session and pay new fee.

Refund Policy:
- Because my services and images are offered virtually, as stated in your agreement of services at time of booking, your fee is non refundable, but you do have the opportunity for rescheduling. See above info.
